This is why Guardian Automotive made sure that representatives of our various disciplines were present at the recent Automechanika show in Frankfurt.
Team members from Quality, Production, Warehousing, Engineering, Customer and Commercial Services joined Senior Management to talk about the efforts of their specific departments – and more importantly – to learn first-hand what drives our customers.
The result: a healthy exchange of views that reinforced existing relationships with faithful customers and established many co-operations with new customers. And an ongoing commitment to keeping talking – and listening.
