Guardian Automotive recently took part in Automechanika 2018, the world’s biggest trade fair for the Automotive Aftermarket. The Guardian team demonstrated the benefits of Guardian’s refreshing entrepreneurial approach and can-do attitude – and visitors clearly liked what they heard and saw.
Visitors to our stand were able to find out more about the following key aspects, all of which feature strongly in customer feedback:
· calibration - an industry hot topic, for which we have carried out extensive research and produced new guidelines and a video;
· quality – our European production facilities are about to qualify for the internationally recognized IATF certification;
· customer service – our company has an ethos of exceeding customer expectation by listening to feedback and responding with a high degree of flexibility;
· convenience - in the past year, we have introduced a multi-lingual simple-to-use eShop platform with time-saving features, ordering facilities and access to technical support.
We also marked the recent launch of our customer loyalty programme by holding Turbo Club Friday which included an exciting lottery.
