It is always good to meet with industry partners - and at Guardian Automotive, we like to keep in touch with our customers. Over the past few weeks, we have attended three events of networks in Germany and Italy, organised by Junited Autoglas, VetroCar and Wintec Autoglas.
As well as enjoying the hospitality and taking part in plenary discussions, we took the opportunity to talk to the many network members who attended the events. Our main objective: get feedback on how our customers and, in turn we, are doing.
One key topic raised at all three events was calibration. Increasingly, fitters conduct their own calibration procedures and it is here that Guardian Automotive’s efforts are most appreciated. Our research, published guidelines and overall measurements to improve the process was highlighted throughout.
The quality of our products and services was also discussed. This is important to us as we are committed to continuous improvement. We are happy to report that most of the customers we spoke to were very positive. Amongst this feedback, we also received valuable suggestions regarding certain models that we have forwarded directly to our Quality Manager, so they could be considered in our production.
At all three events, we met some customers who had not yet used our eShop. After learning about the advantages of our e-purchase channel and the benefits of the Turbo Club, they decided to get on board, gaining access and joining the club.
All-in-all, we are pleased to report that there were many positive responses and we appreciate the honest and constructive comments we received. These are invaluable as they will help us to further improve our products and services to meet – and even exceed – your expectations. We look forward to continuing our dialogue with customers – at meetings, in our eShop or via social media – as we continue our efforts to give you more of what you want.
