It is always good to meet with industry partners - and at Guardian Automotive, we like to keep in touch with our customers. Over the past few weeks, we have attended three events of networks in Germany and Italy, organised by Junited Autoglas, VetroCar and Wintec Autoglas.

The Guardian Automotive eShop is designed to make doing business with us easier. Available in English, German, Dutch, French and Italian, it has many time-saving features as well as loads of information and it makes ordering simple and fast.

Last December, we told our European customers about our outstanding quality control, especially for camera references, which are scrutinised accurately by robots to ensure that the shape of each windscreen is correct for calibration.

The Guardian Automotive eShop is making a difference for its many customers throughout Europe. With its many features and easy ordering, this one stop shop is a time saver for our customers.

Quality control is critical to our success and at Guardian Automotive all windscreens are carefully checked for quality. Camera references are scrutinized even more diligently by a robot to ensure that the shape of the windscreens is correct for calibration. If all the steps of the calibration system are followed, we guarantee a successful calibration.

When the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) published its latest standard, Guardian Automotive set out to transition to the new norm. We are pleased to announce that following a final audit, our production facility in Llodio, Spain, obtained its final IATF certification in October. It demonstrates how we continue to improve and invest in our processes so you can be sure that our products are of the highest standard.

When we learned that VSF, our distribution partner in France, was organizing a roadshow, we couldn’t wait to get on board. The Vitro Tour 2018 is an event for Automotive Aftermarket professionals during which key topics are discussed, brand values are highlighted and new products are introduced - and can be tried on the spot.

On Turbo Club Friday at the recent Automechanika, we dedicated the entire Guardian Automotive stand to our loyalty programme. One of the features was a lucky draw for visitors to the stand. First prize was a two-night trip to Bilbao, including a tour of our plant in Llodio.

Doing business is all about people. To understand what customers want, you need to talk to them individually and in-person. If you appreciate their challenges, you can concentrate on ways to support them. This is why Guardian Automotive made sure that representatives of our various disciplines were present at the recent Automechanika show in Frankfurt.
